Payments
A. The client can pay either by bank transfer or in cash before or after the first trial session.
B. Following the trial session, should the client wish to continue with regular tuition services, the client will be invited to block-purchase tuition lessons on a monthly basis in advance to guarantee a continuous placement. Lessons run throughout the year.
C. Payments for block-bookings must be received in full at least 5 business days prior to the first scheduled lesson.
D. Recommend a friend - you will receive one lesson free when your recommended friend has signed up for tutoring sessions.
Cancellations
E. Clients should be aware that there can be considerable preparation involved before each session of tuition
F. Notice of cancellation of a scheduled tutoring session for any reason whatsoever must be given by the client to the tutor more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session. If notice is given more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, the client will not be charged for the session, with payment rolling over to the following month.
G. If notice of cancellation of a scheduled tutoring session is given with less than 48 hours of the start of the session, then the client will be charged half the tutoring fee. If less than 24 hours notice is given, full payment for that tutoring session will be taken, unless the tutor agrees not to accept payment for the session.
H. Should the tutor not be available on the day (due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances), the client will be informed, and a re-arranged time may be offered by the tutor. If a suitable alternative time cannot immediately be arranged, the tutor will credit the session for a future date, or refund the client.
I. If the client no longer requires their tutoring sessions, one month's notice is to be given in writing.
Lateness

Please understand that there may be another session scheduled immediately after your session.
U. The client will remain responsible for the student's behaviour, conduct and actions whilst the student is under the care of the tutor.
